We are a professional window cleaning company seeking a motivated and dependable Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position offers consistent work, hands-on training, and the opportunity to learn state-of-the-art window cleaning techniques. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer performance and satisfaction. A Good Work Ethic is a Must for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients

  • Use modern tools and techniques to deliver excellent results safely and efficiently

  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on job sites

  • Follow company safety standards and procedures

  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality work

  • Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance

  • Willingness and interest in learning advanced, state-of-the-art window cleaning techniques

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Clean driving record and Clean Background Check

Schedule

  • Part-Time & Full-time Position

  • Monday through Friday, 20-40+ Hours/Week

  • Occasional Saturdays as needed
