Annapolis, MD — September 22, 2025 — Hyatt Commercial announces three new tenants at Jemal’s Bay 50 Shopping Center, located at 1544–1598 Whitehall Road in Annapolis, MD. Coastal Climate, Capital Teas, and Exquisite Glassworks have all signed leases at the prominent highway-fronting center.
