Hyatt Commercial’s healthcare real estate team, Laurie Zuiderhof and Treva Ghattas, represented Carroll Eye Care in the relocation and expansion of the practice.

Initially, the team searched for a property to purchase. Carroll Eye Care wanted a location that could support long-term growth. However, Westminster remains a difficult healthcare market due to limited inventory and water restrictions. As a result, Hyatt Commercial explored both on-market and off-market opportunities. Even so, the team could not identify a property that matched the practice’s needs.

Therefore, Carroll Eye Care prioritized long-term growth over ownership. The practice leased a new space close to its previous location. In addition, the new office offers favorable lease terms and room for future expansion.
