Annapolis, MD – May 14, 2026 – Hyatt Commercial announced the sale of the former Providence Center administrative office at 930 Point Pleasant Road in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The 9,408-square-foot property sold for $910,000 and sits on approximately 0.63 acres.
Dennis Murphy and Phil Hager of Hyatt Commercial represented Providence Center of Maryland, Inc. in the transaction. Maud Shields of Smart Realty, LLC represented the Buyer.
The R-5 zoned property will support the Buyer’s planned redevelopment into a group home. Additionally, the property offers convenient access to major commuter routes and surrounding residential communities throughout Anne Arundel County.
