Annapolis, MD — April 2, 2026 — Hyatt Commercial is pleased to announce the successful sale of a ±31,000-square-foot mixed-use retail and office property located adjacent to Annapolis Harbour Center in Annapolis. The Woodbridge Center, located at 2444 Solomons Island Road, sold for $5,450,000—marking its first sale in over 50 years.
The two-story asset was 96% leased at the time of sale and is comprised of 21 tenants, including seven retail operators and 14 office users. Notable retail tenants include Golfdom (formerly Duke's Golf), Sandy Pony Donuts, and Basmati Indian Cuisine.
This transaction was completed off-market, with John Gallagher of Hyatt Commercial representing the seller, Chester Station Joint Venture, and procuring the buyer, an entity of Resolution Capitol Management.
"We are thrilled to expand our presence in Annapolis with the acquisition of Woodbridge Center and remain highly committed to further investment within this market. As an owner-operator, we see significant opportunity ahead and expect to deliver continued improvements for long-term value. I sincerely appreciate John Gallagher’s efforts in bringing this transaction together and commend the previous ownership for their decades of stewardship,” said Jared Kassoff, Chief Operating Officer of Resolution Capitol Management.
The property has long been considered a legacy asset for the seller, offering stable in-place income and a diverse tenant mix in one of Annapolis’ most desirable commercial corridors.
“This was a rewarding transaction on multiple levels, representing both a trusted seller client and a buyer client who continues to expand their Annapolis footprint,” said Gallagher. “The property has long been a legacy holding and transitioning it to a new owner who shares that same hands-on approach to ownership and management was key. With new ownership stepping in on management and our team continuing to lead leasing, we’re well-positioned to build on the property’s strong foundation.”
