Crofton – March 16, 2026 – Hyatt Commercial announced the $22.5 million portfolio sale of the Crofton Route 3 Center, Two Office properties and auto park located in Crofton, Maryland.
Dennis Murphy, Partner and Associate Broker at Hyatt Commercial, represented the seller, Crofton RT 3 Associates, in the transaction. The Reliable Group represented the buyer.
The property sits along Maryland Route 3, one of Crofton’s primary commercial corridors. As a result, these properties benefit from strong visibility and consistent customer traffic.

Dan MacQuilliam and his family developed the center and managed it for decades. Because of that long history, the property remains a meaningful asset to the family and the Crofton community.

Following the sale, Hyatt Commercial will remain involved with the property. The firm will provide property management services for the center.
Additionally, Laurie Zuiderhof and Treva Ghattas of Hyatt Commercial now oversee leasing at Crofton Route 3 Center. Their efforts will focus on maintaining strong tenancy and attracting new retail users.
